If you haven't read it yet, they travel to different dimensions on this and one of them is the zombie hide sex world. You know the doctor and his friend with long hair that they eventually meet and stay with? That's them!
Omg I've read the manga where their zombie-apocalypse older versions show up as side characters and have always wondered abt their relationship/backstory! That was such a nice surprise.
