Nope! I've read about half of it and no scene comes close to the one op described, having a villain who's obsessed is a fairly common troupe. If you haven't read it please don't say it as an option, ik you're trying to help but the timeline also doesn't match up

Looking for an Isekai I read back in 2021 or so. It's similar to this where a lady Isekais and I think she had brown/black hair and she has the same idgaf attitude and makes snarky expressions as this FL.
Except there's a villain ML who is obsessed with her and pretends to be nice because he doesn't know she read the original story where he was a psychopath and all of his playing nice is wasted.
I only remember the one scene where he tricks her into staying at his manor "for the night" but smiles at her while a music box with a multicolored symbol carved on the inside lid plays and binds her ability to fall asleep with it and she is forced to stay at the mansion until she tricks a maid into resetting the music box and the ML comes home to find the maid snoring on the bed because it is now set for her. I read it once and wanna reread it.
