Isis is currently ruling Egypt, and Osiris stuck in dust. I don’t think he can do anything.
He use to bother Anbuis and he was still stuck in dust then too
I think it’s because he can control Anubis but he can’t control Horus the same way. Plus hes busy in duat. I don’t think he can come to where God’s are.
It might have to do with Isis. Maybe she made him make a vow when Horus was conceived.... I think Isis would have done something like that maybe
