It is lolz, it's way too overused nowadays especially on red flags Expect a sob backstory about them.
The way jjk was acting from chapter 1 till now, gave us the thoughts of him not knowing what misery was so ... I was surprised by this chap

I mean this is actually a very common trope so you will come across this type of backstory very frequently. Also since he was cruel and an asshole it was kinda obvious that he learned it from somewhere like a parent or guardian. as the famous saying goes "The abused becomes the abuser". (*not always of course*)
Never said wasn't a common trope >.> I'm saying the way author made jjk hate "poverty" coz literally that's what it is. In XX chapter, he said "how can someone live like this?" That made me question his previous life... So I repeat what I said (even if the trope was fuking over used) really wasn't predictable
Honestly his backstory is way to predictable and it feels like it's just trying to generate empathy
