it doesn’t justify his actions. you can have empathy for what he went through while understanding that doesn’t excuse him putting other people through absolute hell. he’s just doing to others what was done to him.
Hard agree. I think two things can be true at once
- Jae had an awful childhood and was a victim
- he had also victimized Dan and his past does not make it okay.
Frankly I still think Dan and Jae should go separate ways. Like he hurt Dan BAD.
idk what to feel abt this. The comments are making me confused on whether i should feel bad or that abuse doesn't justify his actions.
