I'm a firm believer that there's no topics that should be banned from being portrayed in fiction, which also applies to queer stories of course. What's important is consuming the content critically and being able to tell right from wrong, and the truth is I've seen this trope in both hentai and BL and it always sucks lmao

Soooo this was an enraging read LOL but do I think it shouldn't exist? Nah, I believe exploring dark and/or disgusting topics through media can even be a good exercise for the mind, as long as you got a sound mind. It makes you realize that as much as they try to portray the topic in a romantiziced way, it's still wrong, which makes it loop around and read more as a horror story than a wholesome one like the author probably intended. Or that's what I think at least lol
Anyway, this one disgusted me so much bc I've witnessed a situation like this IRL and it's HORRIBLE. It was a teacher from high-school that I respected a lot and gushed about his newborn daughter a lot....... after graduating I found out he left his wife and child to be in a relationship with one of the students from my generation........... thinking about a teacher that I thought was a good person pursuing a girl my age was nothing short of revolting. Glad he got fired, hope he never teaches again.
Anywayyyy haha sorry for the rant but this really got me thinking. I'm getting mad just thinking about the student becoming a teacher JUST to meet mc again...... like PLEASE get another crush, you can do so much better...... I guess this author can't exclusively post bangers (￣∇￣")
