I cannot do summary but I can rate. It is 3/10. Just here to see baby naho have better (boy)friend.
Maybe: 2 childhood friends, 1 cool - 1 cute. They go like "you cute", "I'm cute", "wanna be with you" - and so on. 3rd parties come and "wtf, stop behaving like this", "I'm always with the cool one", "cute one is weird", etc. Cute one goes "I'm not cute, shouldn't be with cool one". Cool one be like "wtf, you super cute for me . That's what matters, ILU." They happy. Now cute-enemy appears saying cute one not cute and wanting to befriend cool one.
I think it basically goes like this. A few facts might be wrong (cuz it's been a while I read) but that's the general idea.
