And yes, even though his dad beat him up to a pulp, joo jaekyung doesn't have the mentality to realise that he's doing the same to others. No one helped him heal and even worse that he got back boxing so that was one way to hurt people and get excused from it. Idk how to word it exactly but I was a bully back in 4th grade and I got praise for doing what I used to do. It wasn't until I went to highschool that I realised what I did was very bad, but at that time, I thought I was doing the right thing
You’ve worded this very well! I was the same— when I was in primary school, if someone annoyed me, I’d hurt them because that was what I thought you were supposed to do (that’s what my mother did). But the second I realised that it wasn’t right, I never did it again.
