Why are ppl so annoyed abt the cop bro? He's literally a cop trying to reinvestigate an unsolved mass murder case, where the ONLY survivor is the MC, you can't be pissed at that when it's literally the plot of the story

Yeah I agree, but that's not his place to do something like that.

Ofc, in the real life things also don't happen as they should, but this would be the job of a professional psychiatrist (to talk to the traumatized person about the tragedy that caused the trauma), cuz the way this cop is behaving is just irresponsable, he can't mess up with a victim's head just for the sake of the case.

The psychiatrist have proper methods to talk to the victim in a way that doesn't hurt them too much, while helping the police to search for clues that could be helpful to the investigation.

Oh btw he also couldn't be bothering a student at school, the victim would be properly called at the police station through his laywer to be involved in the case. If the mc wants, he could even sue the detective for looking for him at school lol

I know this is just fiction and we don't need to read too much into it, but sometimes it's annoying when this type of nonsense stuff happens in the plot xD

It’s the way he’s doing it, it’s total lame, disrespectful and agressive ā€œyou didn’t fight back because all of your limbs were brokenā€, like WHAT that’s your way of introducing the subject?

Agreed, and also the popo immediately told him that his guardian is the monster without proper evidence could lead to dire consequences if it were to happen irl. If it turns out his accusations are wrong, the victim could lose the only safe place they have. And if it's true, the victim could react strongly (like taking matters into their own hands) which could result in them losing their life. There's proper procedure in this kind of thing, especially when dealing with a victim who has PTSD
