let me put my conspiracy theory fedora on

so what if like mc's bloodline/ family (i suppose the people who were massacred in the factory incident were all related) have some type of like crazy illness or like something special about their genes and their blood was being used to manufacture some antidote for some illness and the "monster" was some healthcare mafia and didn't want that so he unalived all of them to stop this manufacturing and mc got away (thanks to resting face ML) and that's why they're coming after him because mc has that special gene mutation (????).
