no i think the grandpa lied, he probably caused this because he didn’t want to use his son as a test subject anymore but instead the grandchild, so he probably lied to the mc to get his trust and take the control from the ml, to feel superior but also have a more fresh test subject. Also, considering how much the mc likes the ml he probably will but im not too sure.
Season 3 confusing. But I mean yay from him getting away??? The question is how does he end up with the ml again later? Cuz ofc they're gonna be together again...
