I mean my brother have a good childhood but he still chose to be an asshole as an adult. I can understand the logic sometimes whenever stories about being abused in childhood and so at least be a good person when you grow up. I dont think he grow up to be a kind person, we was hone dead set to be rich thru boxing. He was surrounded by rough people, did you all notice he was only ever soft around grandmothers? Jk is still an asshole, but reading his childhood is no redemption arc. He should have his redemption without pitiable childhood stories, he should be taught how to be normal human first lol.
