I think hikaru consumed the girls soul to get out of the hole
Just like when the og hikaru on the brink of death made a wish, and was able to get out of the mountain ):
Trueee I think one of the things that caused him to take the little girls soul was cause while he was in the hole he was staring to lose himself Iike the version where he was conscience. He starts to go back to his animal creature instinct, and since all it knows is to grant wishes it granted the first wish that it heard. It couldn’t get Yoshiki because he was being protected so it went for the girl. It was the only way :(
I can already see his smile fading as he realizes what he did and how big of a crash out yoshiki is gonna have because of it (along with the guilt since it was HIS wish) It’s so unfair these two dont deserve all this suffering. I hope little girl is just badly injured and maybe since “hikaru” said he can cure injuries caused by impurities maybe he could heal her if she’s still alive (let’s hope so
