Towards the end of the chapter Keith asks Yeonwoo about Josh having two sons. So I was mistaken, Josh does have two sons and one daughter. But Yeonwoo states the daughter is young and they didn't bring her the the event. Therefore Cecil, Josh's son, is a cross-dresser, right?

Cecil is Josh'S second son, he was born after they were married. Josh was pregnant with the daugther in the last chapter of the main story of KML (only mentioned in the novel).
Cecil crossdresses, because Josh likes to dress him up in cute clothes ( but iirc Cecil hates pink) and because of Spencer (there is a side story that wasn't adapted to manhwa, which actually explains the why.)
And remember Josh's first love being Chase, when he was dressed as a girl for the commercial? And who knows, probably it is an omega thing or everything related to the Miller.XD I mean Koi wears female clothes ( for adult stuff...) for Ashely, that pervert. I think even Chase sometimes wear female clothes for Josh.... .
