Sis, these are officials if you like to read chicken shit translations good for you, there's someone doing the favor of uploading the officials in this website at least let them have the things in order, that's why the placeholders and also if other person would like to upload over or under the placeholders it would have probably happen already, but those are normally mangago bots harvesting content from other websites whether the quality is good or not.
