Ah no. The heart is what gives us emotion and the brain just strings logical thought.
If we didn't have a heart, we wouldn't be able to feel it racing due to anxiety, excitement, or fear.
Whereas, if we had no heart but had a fully functioning brain, the outcome would be as we see in the manwah.
The heart is not what gives us emotions... it's hormones, which are manufactured in the brain. The hormones are what makes the heart race.
Also, without the heart, blood wouldn't pump to the brain properly, so the brain would not be fully functional unless you used an LVAD.
In all technicality, the brain should be the compassionate one, the heart should be the emotionless one, and the dick should be the sex one (obviously).

Tho IF we really wanna think it logically.
