If I remember correctly, the author himself stated that there won't be explicit scenes between the Boy and Tera (in terms of sex, kisses because the Boy is like 16/17 years old and Tera is in his mid twenties if I remember right), that their relationship will only be platonic and that the Boy will slowly develop feelings for Tera, insinuating that these feelings won't be reciprocated by Tera.
Then again this has the BL tag on T*p@s so maybe the author might have changed his mind? Or maybe the feelings the Boy develops deserves that BL tag.
