it was for Lector's mother. remember the scene when Lai.got his memory's back and he went back to the village after he ran away from the palace. he was found by a white haired woman. so the meds was for her. she saved him then.

But I think hector already payed him the visit since that older twin brother of Lai told hector that his mum is still alive
