Yeah, after the s1 finale where he admits that it’s his happiest moment and wouldn’t want to forget the memories you’d think he wouldn’t be pushing Pania away.
I still believe in the author to have them be a cute and fluffy official couple by the end of season two the merchandise she made for the physical releases of the books had them super cute and fluffy, so I hope that happens soon in the series
