I interpreted the last panel as a reference bsck to the “if you believe in god then he exists and if you don’t then he doesn’t” because Michale doesn’t believe in god so he doesn’t exist in his perspective

Its actually good cause it never classifies if he was an actual God, a demon, or something else. Maybe he was a part of his imagination. But whatever it is the last panel is so confusing and makes this a masterpiece. The dialogues are a bit repetitive though
