Nope. The explanation in the novel is that he can't because the dad died far from his territory. The only reason he can revive the kid is because the kid was playing in the building when the apocalypse started. It's a pretty big plot hole imo but it gives the side charactera motivation so if it works ig ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

ohhh okay, but I’ve got two questions about what you just said…
1. if his territory expands, like it has, can’t he do it then??
2. I don’t know about anyone else, but if I were to see my beloved family and the ones I care about dead, and everything is in apocalypse, how/why would I be more motivated…?

1. We'll never know because he doesn't try to revive anyone again. Theoritically, anyone who dies inside his territory could be revived at a huge cost, but those who are already dead before his territory expanded can't be revived because their deaths are out of his jurisdiction. He only has absolute control over his dominion, not an inch outside it. From what we see with the dad, he can't because of a combination of time and location. We don't really know when the dad died, unlike the kid who died on the first day of the apocalypse.
2. Well, you're not alone.
**SPOILER** when conducting rescue operations, some people died because they gave up before they can be saved

ohhh okay okay that makes sense thanks xx
** oh I mean that’s actually really upsetting but I think that more so shows that people who weren’t mentally/emotionally ready to go on rescue operations were put out…of course the situation is understandable, in that they’re getting free shelter, food, living arrangements and supplies etc and need to “pitch in” but oh well.
I honestly love how the author has expressed the dystopian world, yet also clearly showing the mc’s humane adaption and growth of power (although mainly due to the system but still)

The rescue operators were mostly volunteers. IIRC there's one woman who joined because she wanted to find her daughter who was livijg alone, but she doesn't have any power so she could only move with a group. When she found that her daughter didn't make it, MC consoled her and helped with the burial.
Yeah i like that it shows the other side. It's not all action and power. Some of those who were not rescued in time died because they didn't leave their houses/rooms. No monster got to them but they also couldn't/didn't get enough supplies. It's a cruel world for everybody.

ohhhh okay okay I misunderstood and thought that some of those who were sent out to scout or volunteer were the ones that died, my bad.
Honestly it is upsetting that not everyone could make it, but I sort of like that aspect of the story because it makes everything seem more realistic, compared to other manhwas where the mc is absolutely op (not that this one isn’t in this scenario) and everyone is saved, which is more fairy tale like.

Spoiler :
Actually, mama bear would eventually gave up on reviving her son because she felt guilty for other's who lost their family (at least until the chapter I've read).
And she made an orphanage for children who lost their family in the apocalypse. She even search for people who would be their teacher.
I know it may seem disrespectful to the dead, but now that his territory has expanded, can’t he revive her dad for a day?? Like he did with mama bear?? (Forgot her name)
Although I guess that would be morally wrong since they’ve now buried the body, but is it not a possibility?
Also, can’t wait to see what he’s gonna do with the expanded territory, although I guess most buildings would still be damaged…. This is such a good read though, I keep finding myself wanting to re-read this from the beginning after every update
