I bought the raws. All volume 21 and 22. It was cheap.
There was no mention about the cousin comment. I don't think they even brought it up. I looked it up on three translator ai and there was nothing. I think it was a joke the neighbor pulled.

So I read the raws and fukami was just playing video games. Fukami works part time for the guy in designing a character(??) And the neighbor is inspired by fukami for this character because fukami is cute and like a cat, and he teases saying he brought Fukami home like a stray.
They start talking about how kaji thought the neighbor is a bald old man, which that old man is the neighbors dad that steps in when the neighbor is gone. Kaji thought there was a female landlord, turns out the neighbor owns a female cat lol. The neighbor just thinks the couple's arguing is cute. But he's never dated a man, but it's not impossible(??) I have no idea about this part.
Kaji says he wants to live with his partner, and is wondering if same sex couples are okay to live together at those apartments, neighbor says yes that it's queer friendly apartments.
Fukami didn't see what he did wrong because he thinks home is just overal the building. He thought it's unnecessary to tell him about every little thing. As for the cousin part, I have no idea. Kaji says that if they live together from now on that their relationship should be build on trust (implying the trust is broken???) Fukami takes it like Kaji is saying he's not happy with them living together.
Kaji apologized for getting worked up and begins to leave. He stops his sentence midway and just doesn't complete his sentence. Fukami tells him to not do that and tell it to him straight, but kaji doesn't and leaves.
They make up by talking, and fukami sees it was childish to go to someone's home without saying anything. He should have told Kaji, and that it wasn't his intention to hurt him or lie to him. But if something bothers Kaji, to just let him know.
Kaji says that his past relationships have always been casual because he has fear and anger that never fades. He feels scared to hurt fukami because he's very important to him, and overall that it's Kaji's first time being like this.
Fukami is like "Wha? You should have said that sooner!"
As for Fukami, he says he thought kaji wanted to take a slower pace, but fukami left home and left his family; abandoning on taking care of them(?) If it was a mistake to move in, he wants to make a mistake with Kaji together and test things out even if things don't work out. At least he did it because he wanted to in a new place called home. (if living together is a mistake, he wants to work this mistake together with kaji)
Anyway. Then they shower together, make love and are intimate, sleep together in the same bed for 3 hours before they have to wake up the next day. Fukami wakes up to give him a goodbye kiss when Kaji is heading to work.
Thats what I understood by translating every bubble in the raws I bought. (^^)/
