the most similar i've read has to be "Kumo desu ga, nani ka?" ! definitely has the same focus on survival and leveling and MC is also a monster. ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/kumo_desu_ga_nani_ka/)

also pretty close is "Joou Heika no Isekai Senryaku" which has an additional psychological thing going on. ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/joou_heika_no_isekai_senryaku/)
