It's on page 15 the last panel. If you look to the right where the kids are running you can see 2 people who look like Milton & Milo walking out the hospital.

Had to come back and reread I saw on Tiktok someone mention that it look Milton & Milo in the background at the hospital when K was telling his back story & It Fricking does!!!! If that's actually them then I'm so mind blown (⊙…⊙ )was the hospital a secret experimental facility? Is it really them? Was the medical mishap the transformation on the hybrids? Ouuu so many questions now.
