It's not a translation thing.
It's been translated like that in the novel and is generally agreed as the right translation + they explained the meaning being love + reviewer, so that's where it comes from.
You get used to it though, being a long time novel reader I didn't expect the commenta to hate it so much since it's so normal to me (￣∇￣")
I personally don’t mind it, I’ve heard way dumber names in other idol novels loool

gonna agree with lune ! the translation is exact. it flows better in korean because love and reviewer are trade words from english, so all that was changed to combine them is a single vowel (리뷰어 → 러뷰어) but loviewer changes the consonant and can sound funny (▰˘◡˘▰)
