Ngl I think y'all always misusing the word grooming. It's weird of course to later date a the person you raised from 7yo, but it's not inherently abuse. Grooming is when a person builds a relationship, trust, and emotional connection with a child, young person or an adult who's at risk so they can abuse, exploit, or manipulate them into doing things.
