Lister cant become the new lord cuz lisbet is the head of the house so lisbet's kid, kirsten Will take the role as head.
He will be the acting lord though, as he is doing now, which is basically the same
I think this is the best outcome honestly. MC cares about Lysbet but she is sick and frail. When ML eventually gets the go ahead to kill everyone MC won't care if its Lister but he might hesitate if its Lysbet
It's obvious Lister is going to become the new Lord soon and I'm so worried because he's obviously going to take his psychopathy up a notch once that happens.
