Well they did initially plan to kill taeha but decided to accept him as a worker instead. But for me i think its because theyre a big influence and they don’t want to meddle in someones business that has no benefits for their company, so they helped taeha to have the capabilities to achive the revenge that he wants instead. He was already planning on jumping them and wiping them out all at once so why didn’t he just get help from his adoptive family? ngl why didn’t he just grow more influence and get outside forces or forces in sk to help him jump them instead of just rushing in solo. His mentor/adoptive parent ig is supposedly similar level to junsuk so if the two of them jumped the house together that day then wouldn’t it have been an easy win?
