the summary is machine translated and mentioned three goodbyes which are insinuated imo to happen in high school, college, and when theyre working adults.
we saw the first goodbye with Jiho being told by his dad to go to england becuz of the nurse issue. So we dont know how many years have went by right now in chap 32 but we do know they havent seen each other yet and are waiting for their first reunion after the first goodbye.
Sorry if I overlooked that somewhere on the credit panel. It would make sense to cliff hang for the season ending. I think there are spoilers that they get to college, reunite, break up, then get together again if anyone is super stressed about.
