In the previous chapter they called him "Hodu", which is walnut in Korean. For some reason they translated that in chapter 50 hence "walnut". Kid's name is Ho Hyun (that's what Young Bae called him at least)

When I realized they were talking about the son and when the doctor thought of an actual walnut, the walnut was the same color as the son so I was like ah, he’s the same color as a walnut??….its stupid, I know, but my brain couldn’t not compute, “…..sleeping habits worse than ‘a walnut’s’.”
