If it's about the timeline in order then "The Rogue Prince Is Secretly an Omega" come first. Idk about it but if i remember correctly, in the novel, "A Second Chance for the Outcast Prince"/"How the Sidekick Prince Lives Again" mentioned the MC/omega prince from the "The Rogue Prince Is Secretly an Omega" as the first Omega Emperor and make his name known as one of the greatest Emperor during his time, he also changed the rules at that time, that Omega can also be the Emperor too, and it makes people change their view about Omega but it somehow also bring disadvantage to the Beta cause they seemed to be like just "ordinary" in people's eyes, like "nothing stand out". Like Alpha and Omega have "their own world" that's so much different from Beta.
That's why as you can read in the manhwa, maximo feel inferior and behave rudely when he discovered that Renato is a Beta, beside the fact that it's because he has his own "idea" abt Renato being an Omega— which clearly he's not— but somehow society "shifted" to think that Beta is just "so-so" especially if you're from high society in Renato's case he's the King's son on top of that.

Wow it's still crazy to think about it cause this author got her novel(s) serialised into a manhwa at the same time and even the update of the manhwa(s) are around the same time too... And it's crazy cause both of the novel are from the same universe...
Like imagine if you're the author of the novel, you must be that overwhelmed lol ( ꈍᴗꈍ) and both novel are good too!!
