Yeah, this seme comes off as really inconsiderate. Even in the new extra/continuation (Mayonaka Love Alliance) he basically drugs the uke (by lying to him, telling him that he'll also take the drug) and the uke wakes up forgetting everything... maybe it's sexy but it sure isn't romantic.
