Sadly, no but it was really close! The only difference was that the manga I read, the MC didn’t know their names that well. Also, there was nothing like this twin brother holds my left hand, while the other holds my right.

It’s a BL manga. The seme played in the park with the twins during his childhood. Ofc, he developed a crush on one of them. I think he got the wrong name of his crush lol. He asked an adult at that time and I guess the misunderstanding started there. They all grew up and I remember one twin brother acted all kind and innocent to fool the seme. The uke was actually the other twin brother instead. The uke and seme relationship wasn’t that good at first. But seme soon realized that uke was his crush during childhood.
Any help again? It may not be exactly accurate, as my memory is failing me. (⊙…⊙ )
