I think it was pity at first, then turned to he want to take care of him. Not sure if he rlly likes likes him, or just think he's like someone he should take care of though
Seems like it. Or maybe he felt pity for yeongwoo for not being able to help him when he was being abused and mistook it as love??? Idk. It's still vague but the previous panels shows and presented as him being lowkey in love with him.
