Nanao thinks that if Yako kills Tokiko, he will think about it forever. And he'll never be free of her. But Nanao wants to be the only woman Yako thinks of. At least that's how I understand it
That’s is an oddly specific thing for Nanao to be thinking about. Even if it does kinda make sense.
I think that "jealous" is a weird word to use. But she just wants him to be free. Otherwise he will beat himself all the time, because he killed his own mother.
