Screentime blockers, they help me. Even if you want to read one more chapter, you won't be able to, that's probably the only way
How does this work ?
You find an extension(I use Leechblock NG, it's a little confusing but you figure it out eventually) or an app for it, you put a time limit on it like [can use only from 7am to 9pm] then it automatically blocks the website when it's outside the allowed time

10 pm: "Okay juste one more chapter, i gotta go early to bed"
1 am: "Okay it's really the last one this time"
3 am: "sigh..."
