Then when she first slept with ML, he thought the MO had r@ped her so when the ML left the bedroom to get a ring so he could ask her to marry him, the knight told her the ML wants her out and only used her for sex. Then after and the ML finally reunite and are together, the knight kidnaps her and declares his love once again.
