Since this takes place in the 1980’s-90’s, is this technically a universe where the Cold War actually produced a full on war between the Soviet Union and the US? The War Devil is gonna be so OP and I wonder if an American Devil will pop up at some point?
Similar to the Gun Devil, who in a previous chapter took the trigger fingers of thousands of Gun Fanatics in the U.S., would her range expand to controlling those in War? Imagine having control over Armies, Political Leaders, NUCLEAR WEAPONS???
