You have to decide that after you read his novel or the manhwa adaption, whenever they decide to make it. Because I saw a lot of readers who couldn't stand him and wanted to read his novel for him to get karma, who ended up starting to like him or at least have a better opinion of him now.

Chase was obviously a traumatised young man that has been antagonised by his own family and copes with heavy drugs Greyson is just a mean older brother that never repents for his actions
thats how i also thought of him at first, (although what he did to chase is unjustifiable) it also just makes me sad for his character not being able to feel or understand any emotions even as a child huhu he just learned to imitate them and that scene also in the novel where a child was trapped in a cellar and greyson instead of saving him just stayed with him without food or water for days just for the child to not feel lonely which shows his own trauma (YES IM AN EMPATH ╥﹏╥ )

I said a lot of people who hated him/ wanting to see him get karma started to like him or had a better opinion of him. That was an observation I made while I read the story, since I also checked social media, there are several facebook fan groups of that author. And those were commenting on every new chapter. And no one forgot about Chase, but you could still like a character despite of that.
That is mainly because you only see glimpses of a character when they are only a side character. It's different when you see their pov.

If you see how hated Chase was at the begining of the manhwa and only the novel readers trying to defend him, mentioning his backstory. Grayson is a complete different thing. Can you say he has a sad backstory? I mean he doesn't really understand if it was sad or not. Sure, Ashley focused ( not in a postive way) more on Grayson , but messed up with raising all their children on a emotional level. That sad backstory is more Chase or Dane, because they are aware that they were mistreated, neglected, or hated.
The main difference between Chase and his three other dominant alpha siblings is that he presented late, and that's why he is able to feel and understand emotions. His other dominant alpha siblings all presented before they where 5 Years old, and they all have problems. And if you read the extras of LMUIYC you know that. And that one parent only feels emotions for his partner and the other parent is not allowed near them alone.
His main focus raising them was that they could blend in and don't kill anyone.
Grayson can't understand emotions, that guy doesn't even understand if his backstory is sad or not. He doesn't know that what he say or do to other do to them, he can only guess. The problem is that he is unaware if he guesses wrong and thinks he is right.
And that's serious matter when is comes to his helping habit.
He starts understanding things while his story is progressing, probably better than other dominant alphas. He has a very good development.
I started to like Grayson because I found his character interesting (his pov, he kind of see things in a different way than others), entertaining/hilarious (that was a big point for me) and because of his character development. I know what kind of shit he pulled in the past and what he is capable of, but it's still a fictional character. And I mainly read fictional novels for entertainment.
Seems like you got 'offended' that no one else here agreed with you. Sorry I can't read entire elaboration of why some people, including you started liking him. We all have enough of reading comprehension, but also free will to still dislike him.
