i fucking HATE that damn plot line ppl were saying ahjushi will be the second lead and when i said that was fucking weird and unnecessary cause he was a grown man when our MC was a child ppl were trying to shit on me and call ME stupid like i hate the "knew him when he was a kid" bc when you're an adult and meet someone as a kid they'll always be a kid to you ugh sorry i just hope he isn't the second lead
THIS EXACTLY. I hate the idea that someone you've clearly seen as a child can later turn into someone you'd look at and think "Ah yes, now they are fuckable".
If you're a long-time anime watcher, this is a MASSIVE point of conflict in the Inuyasha fan-base where half the fans hate Sesshomaru with Rin and the other half loves it(idk, i think its some sort of weird self-insert thing).
