If I read it correctly, at some point they bang with no protection, he gets his memory back, they move in with the older brother, uhh something happens, he sends guys after her and they beat her up without knowing she's pregnant, and then I cant remember what happens after that but I was just so appalled when I read the spoilers at that specific part. But I think it gets resolved or smth, idk
