Honestly, I didn't get it either. Probably this story's only plothole.
It cause pilgyeon himself reminded soongap of all the bad things he went through, pilgyeon presence himself was just like a trigger for smth he wanted to forget, and it's not like pilgyeon did a good job trying to make him like him, bruh litterly sexually harassed him, raped him, and killed his lover, so yeah not really a good job there
Huh, can someone explain to me why Soongap didn't like pilgyeon? I thought they had a pretty good relationship when they were kids, so Soongap immediately avoiding him the first thing they reunited after years??
