i’m sure in the back of lydia’s mind, she always knew lyrica would want to meet her dad some day, i think what held her back from ever telling lyrica who or where her deadbeat dad is, was because she didn’t want lyrica to feel the same betrayal she did, as she knows he’s already built a new family without them. although her reaction will be depending on who tells her lyrica went and how lyrica reacts as well. i’m sure we’re at the point of the story with they understand each other enough by now tho
She is like 12, also I didn’t say she should decide for her own daughter. There is a difference between telling your intention to someone who is also included in the events and come to an understanding, and doing things behind her back
Yes but Lydia is the type of mother who decides whats best for her (remember how she treated her daughter) so it was nice to see s little rebellion from her daughter.
I didn’t like the fact that she went to see her biological father without her mom knowing. If Lydia learns from someone else she might feel betrayed and hurt ╥﹏╥
