If there’s one thing I hate it’s inconsistency, sloppy detail work and mistranslations.

In chapter 42 Fuckchill said the job would pay 50 bucks and now it’s 60 thousand. Huijae’s only been with the grandma for a few months and he didn’t even know he had a grandma before he got sent to the island and now he wants to help her because “she’s been helping him all these YEARS”.

    In season 1, Huijae came to the island during the beginning of summer when he was off from school, season 2 started with it being in fall and only a few months had passed. So let’s say it’s been at most 5-6 months he’s been with the grannies on the island

    That's the problem. These are officials. It's either the paid translators or the author themselves not catching these inconsistencies

    Yes exactly, I was just about to say that! Usually when literary works get published they get fact- and spellchecked for typos and other details so this is on the author and the publishers hands
