You should read this, this is a really painful love story, but it's just sooo good. The seme is also a red flag and you can say he "cheated" in this story, but actually it's kinda a lot more complicated than that
Is there a bl with cheater seme(or at least cheated once) then regret. Push pull type. Red flag enjoyer. Something that although seemed sad is kinda romantic. I just enjoy pain. (=・ω・=)
