He’s not taking over. He’s being sent over to keep an eye on incheol and report what he’s doing. They were planning on fucking him over no matter what happens but since incheol (their dog) personality told them that he can’t finish this task; it seems like he’s being disobedient and they want to tighten their control over him. The new guy has no interest in long haired guy unless he thinks he can manipulate him against incheol.
