Kids r educated at the center, but Major Kwak and his brother was born without the city’s permission so they had to be hidden also they weren’t citizens so they couldn’t even get an education from the city. no idea why the parents didn’t just educate them themselves though
right? they should've at least taught them how to read and write!

since they were researchers, is there a deeper reason why they kept their kids from getting education or were they just being weirdos?
