Taekjoo and the other spy blew up the building. I don’t think it showed it in the manhwa but Taekjoo tried to escape the scene by disguising himself as a firefighter. He stole the uniform from a firefighter who entered the premises and was knocked out after the floor collapsed beneath him. Taekjoo pretended to be the firefighter and stole a fire truck but along the way out he got stopped by a cop and decided to start speeding straight towards the korean embassy building. The cops started shooting at the truck and started chasing him.
