Where did you got that assumption? At the very least from the most recent chapters it seems more like they're very happy and supportive in their misunderstanding that the two are in a romantic relationship. No one assumed or accused him of anything while they were still in school, and I'm pretty sure at this point in the story she's an adult. Or am I misunderstanding and your talking about comments made here and not in the story? If so, sorry about that, I usually don't read more than just the comments on this tab (I.e. I don't tap the little 2 at the bottom of this section).
