it’s not just strength that wins against an opponent but a good mindset. jiwoos power comes not only from his ability to learn and adapt, but his true loyalty to an honourable fight!! he might have lost the fight but in the end he won two things more valuable — his life and a lesson!!

Technically i don’t think he won his life?? Although fighting to learn and grow is important, I feel like he’s being kinda silly with his approach? Giving off the same vibe as side characters/npcs who always try battle the main characters (reference to other manhwas)… and yes, I do agree that he’s growing, but even Kayden left a fight where he couldn’t win, yet this guy’s just charging into any, not really thinking of consequences- and tbf there literally was a 99.9% he could’ve died this time, if not for his opponent backing out. I get he’s growing and learning, but sometimes I wish this guy would recognise that he needs more experience and control with using his powers instead of just focusing on battling people stronger than him… but thats just my opinion.

I agree with you , the writing on that part is kinda dumb ( putting it all together as a way for the opponent to leave the battle without killing him )
It's kinda dumb to be honest . Some kind of rivalry plot bullshit with that guy or oohh wow jiwoo have become much stronger then the last time we fought plotline . I'll hate it if it goes like that
